摘要
利用社会网络求职是一种重要的求职途径。通过建立二元logistic回归模型可以探究不同工作单位的性质对利用网络求职方式的差异性的影响,研究国有性质单位和非国有性质单位在是否通过单位内招方式求职和是否经过别人介绍推荐求职两方面的关系。研究结果显示不同性质单位由于市场化程度不同对利用求职网络方式是具有差异的,在市场化程度更高的非国有性质单位中求职者更多地是通过市场渠道求职,而在市场化程度较低的国有性质单位中则更多地是利用网络求职,这一差异主要体现在利用单位内部网络通过内招方式求职的差异上,而在利用亲友网络介绍推荐求职这种网络利用方式在两种性质的单位中并没有显著差异。
This paper explores the way how the ownership of working unit influences the differences in utilizing job hunting 1 network by establishing binary logistic regression model, and discusses the relationship between whether hunting for a job by the way inside the unit or by others means in the state - owned unit and in non - state - owned unit. In the non - state - owned units job -hunters are more likely to apply for jobs through the labor market ,while in the state -owned units, job -hunters depend more likely on the social networks. The difference lies mainly in using the way to apply for a job. And there is no obvi- ous difference in using of relatives and friends as a way to hunt for a job.
