摘要
有效的职后培训可以为教师专业发展提供强有力的保障。本文以山东省滨州市幼儿英语教师为研究对象,针对教师在专业发展中存在的教育理念落后、综合素质亟待提高、参与教育研究意识薄弱等问题,提出了幼儿英语教师应树立终身教育观念,幼儿学校应加强对教师教学技能的职后培训,设置多元化的培训模式,注重培训的实践性和主体参与性等培训策略,建立具有针对性、实效性的幼儿英语教师职后培训体系,全面提高幼儿英语教师的专业素质。
Effective training provides strong guarantee for teachers' professional development. In order to help pre-school English teachers develop their professional quality and establish effective training system, this paper analyses the present problems, such as outdated educational concepts, low quality and weak awareness of researching, etc, which exist in the course of teacher professional development in Binzhou City. Then the author puts forward the following training strategies: Firstly, teachers should establish a "life-long education" concept; Secondly, training agency should focus on training teaching skills and strategies and provide diverse training based on teachers' needs.
