传统慈善伦理的现代价值及其实现

The modern value and realization of traditional charity ethics

在当前的经济社会背景下,传统慈善伦理尽管有着经久不衰之儒家思想的印记,但始终难以应对迅速变化发展的现实。因此,慈善伦理必须在传统的基础之上进行革新,实现从爱亲向爱人、恻隐向责任、私德向公德、强制向自愿、民本向人本的转化。同时,应该通过强化政府责任、完善慈善组织、增进社会互助、倡导全民慈善等路径将慈善伦理的现代价值付诸实现,从而推进慈善事业的发展。

In the present economical and social backgrounds, the traditional Chinese ethics need to be modified to cope with the rapidly changing and developing reality, despite that the ethics has been marked with enduring imprints of Confucianism. Reforms of the charity ethics can be made in the following aspects： turning the love of the family members and relatives to ordinary people, turn- ing empathy to responsibility, turning personal virtue to social morality, turning from enforcement to self-consciousness, from the civilians-centred to the people-centred （nationals to the mankind）. Suggestions on implementing the modern charity ethics are proposed, including strengthening the government responsibility, bettering charity groups/organizations, improving social mutual aids and advocating the national charity.
