校企"双主体"合作育人是我院人才培养模式改革的一项重大举措,通过校企双方共同参与企业调研、典型工作任务分析、课程体系设计、制定人才培养方案、教学过程实施、考核评价等,实现了学生能力从"学徒——中级工——高级工"的递进提高,真正实现了五个对接。
