摘要
测定了曲柄压力机断裂曲轴的化学成分、显微组织和力学性能,观察了断裂部位的宏观形貌,并从几何结构、显微组织对材料性能的影响方面对曲轴断裂原因进行了分析。通过采取有针对性的措施,解决了曲轴早期断裂失效的问题。
The chemical ingredient, microstructure, and mechanical performance of the fractured crank in press have been determined. The macroscopic profile of the fractured part has been observed. The influence of geometric structure and mierostructure to the material functions has been conducted to analyze the fracture reason of the crank. Corresponding solution has been adopted to solve the early fracture failure of the crank.
