摘要
针对胀形液压机对两只独立液压缸同步高精度的要求,阐述了以欧姆龙CJ系列PLC为控制核心组件,模拟量模块、磁式位移传感器及PID控制的整体方案,并对实现位移同步的PID控制程序进行了较详细介绍。
Aiming at the high synchronization accuracy requirement of two independent hydraulic cylinders for bulging hydraulic press, an integrated proposal which combines Omron CJ series PLC core, analog module, magnetic displacement sensor and PID control has been elaborated. The PID control program which can realize the displacement synchronization has been described in detail.
