凸模结构对厚壁管件无凹模冲孔塌陷的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用几种不同结构形式的凸模,分别对不同截面形状的厚壁钢管进行无凹模冲孔有限元模拟,对冲孔过程中产生的凹坑深度值进行了测量并对比分析,指出凸模结构可以在一定程度上降低凹坑塌陷量,但无法避免凹坑的出现。对比研究发现,凹凸模冲孔时凹坑塌陷量最小,应用于汽车结构管件时,达到了较好的冲孔质量。 Finite element simulation of punching process on lhiek-well lttbe in different sectitm without female- die has been carried by use of several kinds of punch in different structure, and the depth of dimple during, punching process has been measured and analyzed, h is pointed out that the punch slruelure can reduce the dimple volume to some extent but can't avoid the appearance of dimple. By comparison, the dimple volume reaches smallest by use of punch and female die structure. It can realize the better punching quality when the strtieture is applied into the vehicle structural tube.
