摘要
为了掌握高速动车组用高强度铝合金中空型材的成形性能及变形规律,本文选取典型断面的中空型材进行成形试验、仿真分析。研究型材在不同弯曲半径下的塑性变形规律,成形缺陷的产生原因及抑制方法,探索降低缺陷的成形参数及工艺方法,为动车组用铝型材零件的设计和制造提供依据。
In order to study the formability and plastic deformation law of high-strength hollow aluminum section used in the manufacture of high speed CRH, the typical hollow section has been selected to conduct the forming test and simulation analysis. The plastic deformation rule of section under different bending radius has been studied as well as the fault reasons and solution. The forming parameters and process to reduce the faults have been explored. It provides reference for the design and manufacture of aluminum section in CRH.
