摘要
徽菜是中国八大菜系之一,历史悠久,具有浓郁的地方风味特色,但近年来随着市场竞争的加剧,徽菜的发展受到了一定的限制。运用SWOT分析法对徽菜发展的优势、劣势及面临的机遇与挑战进行全面分析并提出发展建议。
As one of the eight famous Chinese cuisines, Anhui cuisine has a long history and strong local flavors. But, in recent years, with the aggravation of the market competition, the development of Anhui cuisine has been restricted. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of developing Anhui cuisine, and the opportunities and challenges Anhui cuisine is facing are fully analyzed using the method of SWOT, and then some suggestions are put forward.
