摘要
为了提升我国消费者对网络购物的信任程度,促进我国网络交易活动的繁荣和发展,首先对我国网络购物的发展情况进行阐述,然后对影响我国消费者网络购物的各种因素进行调查,并运用SPSS17.0统计软件对相关问卷数据进行分析,探析各种因素对我国消费者网络购物信任的影响程度,最终从售后服务、商品递送速度、价格、质量、经营模式等方面提出提升我国消费者网络购物信任的相关建议。
In order to promote Chinese consumersj trust in online shopping and Chinals online trading, this paper firstly elaborates on the development of the online shopping in China, and then it investigates into the factors influencing online shopping activities. Thirdly, it analyzes how certain influential factors af- fect Chinese consumerst trust in online shopping by using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Finally, it puts for- ward corresponding suggestions for the promotion of the consumersI trust in online shopping from the angle of post-sale service, the goods delivery speed, price, quality and business model, ete.
