Further Education for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Reform in Education in Teacher training Universities

本文在明确面向 2 1世纪中小学教师继续教育的必要性和意义的前提下 ,结合我校的教育改革 ,着重探讨了中小学教师继续教育的层面与目标、课程内容与设置、培训模式与方法三个最为重要的问题 。

WT5”BZ]:This article first clarifies the necessity and significance of further education for teachers in primary and secondary schools in the 21st century.Then in the light of the educational reform in our university,it approaches three important issues facing the teachers in primary and secondary schools:the levels and goals,the content of curricula and the courses offered,training patterns and methods.Finally it expounds several issues in higher educational reform under the idea of the intergration of teacher's education.
