摘要
本文从公共选择的角度讨论了我国素质教育改革的可行性与可接受性问题 ,即探讨素质教育在当前社会的各种现实约束条件下是否可能 ,以人们长远利益为目标的素质教育改革能否被市场经济改革所引起的相互竞争的利益集团所接受。对于教育改革方案的实施及其未来的命运 。
Feasibility and acceptability are two decisive factors of an education reform program.Based on the theory of public choice,this paper firstly discusses the feasibility of the quality oriented education reform in China,namely,whether it can be carried out successfully while it is restricted by the current social conditions.Then,the author analyzes whether it can be accepted by the interest groups while they conflict with one another in the redistribution of interests produced by the market economy reform in China.
