摘要
企业与市场的关系是经济学所研究的一个重要问题。从亚当·斯密开始,国内外学术界对这一问题从多种角度进行了研究。本文运用新制度经济学的研究方法,在回顾和总结近年来理论界有关企业性质的论点的基础上,就企业的性质、功能以及企业与市场的区别与联系等问题,从企业与市场的两分法、企业性质的各种解释。
Starting from Adam Smith the relationship between firm and market has been an important issue. Building on the review and summarization of related firm theories and using the methodology of new institutional economics, the paper analyzes the nature and function of firm and its relationship with the market from the viewpoint of all kinds of firm theories.
