Application of new technology and equipment in the reformation of Cu-Mo separation

摘要 针对铜钼混合精矿分离浮选的特点,介绍了德兴铜矿铜钼分选改造中采用的预处理分级工艺、立式螺旋搅拌磨机再磨工艺和钼精选采用浮选柱三种主要工艺和设备。生产应用情况表明:新工艺和新设备为铜钼分离浮选系统的先进高效运转奠定了基础,钼精矿品位在47%左右,钼综合回收率在74%左右。 According to the characteristics of Cu-Mo separation flotation of bulk concentrate, the new technology and equipment adopted in the reformation of Cu-Mo separation of Dexing Copper Mine was introduced, which included pre-elassifieation treatment, regrinding by using vertical screw agitating mill and Mo concentrate cleaning by using column. The production practice showed that the new technology and equipment provided good conditions for Cu-Mo separation. The Mo grade of the concentrate was 47%, and the recovery rate of Mo was 74%.
