兰山采场溜井运输平巷通风系统改造实践

摘要 朱家包包铁矿兰山采场矿石运输为公路—溜井—铁路运输,随着采场的下降,溜井已达报废时期,但由于新的矿石运输系统正在建设还未投入使用,所以两条矿石溜井只保留一条,另一条进行报废。溜井报废的同时,通风系统随之报废,为了确保保留的溜井、运输平巷作业安全,作业面有新鲜风流,达到井巷通风技术要求,必须对现有的通风系统进行改造。通过改造,兰山溜井、运输平巷的通风达技术要求,并且投资少、工期短、效果明显。 The ore transportation in Lanshan stope of Zhujiabaobao Iron Mine used road-ore pass-railway. With the stope deepening, the function of ore pass was losing. Because the new transformation system has not come into use, one of the two pass is retained, and another is abandoned, and the ventilation system is also discarded with the abandoned pass. The ventilation system must be reconstructed in order to maintain the pass and haulage roadway safety production, have new air on the working face, and meet the ventilation demand. After the transformation with low cost and short construction time, the ventilation situation in pass and haulage roadway meet the demand, and the effect is notable.
