摘要
文章阐述了高校青年干部到地方挂职工作的意义,指出挂职工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的研究对策,对今后进一步完善高校青年干部到地方挂职工作具有一定的指导意义。
This article, based on a brief introduction of young college cadres＇ taking a temporary post in county-level youth league committees, points out the problems arising from it and puts forwards corresponding countermeasures, which is expected to be of guiding significance to its further improvement.
