切开撬拔复位加异型钢板固定治疗跟骨骨折31例

Incision and percutaneous reduction and special-shaped plate fixation for treatment of calcaneal fractures

目的探讨撬拔复位异型钢板固定治疗跟骨骨折的手术疗效。方法对31例跟骨骨折行切开撬拔复位跟骨异型钢板固定治疗并随访。结果根据Maryland足部评分系统[1]评分:优12例,良17例,可2例,优良率93.5%,无1例切口愈合不良。结论切开撬拔复位异型钢板固定是治疗跟骨骨折的有效方法,具有创伤小、操作简单、复位固定可靠、无切口并发症等优点。

Objective To explore percutaneous reduction by leverage and special-shaped plate fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods 31 cases of patients with calcaneus fracture underwent percutaneous reduction by leverage and special-shaped plate internal fixation and then were followed up. Results According to the Maryland foot score system,12 ca- ses were rated as excellent,17 cases as good and 2 cases as fair. The excellent and good rate was 93.5% ,with no case of bad healing of incision. Conclusion Percutaneous reduction by leverage and special-shaped plate fixation is effective in the treat- ment of calcaneal fracture.
