氢氧化钙和MTA用于年轻恒牙部分活切术的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较氢氧化钙和MTA在年轻恒牙部分活切术中的临床效果。方法选择40颗冠折露髓的年轻恒牙,随机分成氢氧化钙组和MTA组,每组20颗,分别用氢氧化钙和白色MTA作部分活切术。随访2年,观察疗效。结果经过2年的随访观察,氢氧化钙组有效率为85%,MTA组总有效率为90%,差异无统计学意义。但MTA组根尖孔闭合的速度明显快于氢氧化钙组。结论氢氧化钙和MTA用于冠折露髓的年轻恒牙的部分活切术均取得了较为满意的效果,适合用于外伤露髓的年轻恒牙的活髓切断术。
