摘要
文章对营销人才的需求状况、能力和素质要求,实训教学能否与岗前培训对接,实训项目设置存在的问题,毕业生流向及岗位去向等一系列进行深入的分析与探讨,提出了实训项目的设置要注重对学生社会实践意识、实践技能的培养,培养多层次复合型人才等思路。
