财务团队能力是反映一个团队竞争力的综合体现,具有深刻的现实意义。评价财务团队的水平,依赖于其能力体系的构建。能力内容涉及面较广,建设进度缓慢,成效考评难度相对较大。在当前高校财务团队的建设中,本着科学发展观思想,思考和探索如何构建财务团队的能力体系,优化团队能力资源配置,充分展现团队的独特风格,树立团队形象,是推动财务团队建设与发展的关键问题,值得高校财务进一步研究。

Financing team capabilities is a comprehensive reflection of the competitiveness of the team,it has a profound significance.Evaluating the levels of financing team depends on their ability of system construction.Capability covers a wide field,its construction process is slow,it is difficult to assess the effectiveness of ability.In the process of current construction of University’s financing team,basing on the direction of the ideal scientific concept of development,thinking and exploring how to build a financial team system,optimizing the team resource allocation,spreading out the team’s unique style,setting up the team image,are the crucial issues to promote the financing team’s construction and development.Therefore,it is worth for us to study them further for the construction of college financing.
