摘要
教师的教学行为与其所处课程文化有着天然联系,教师教学行为的变化正是其内心深处新旧教育观念的冲突与更替。在幼儿园教学这一具体环境中,教师教学行为、园本课程文化与幼儿园发展是共生互动的关系,课程文化是促进教师专业化成长、推动幼儿园内涵发展的核心动力。
Teachers＇ teaching behaviors have a natural connection with the curriculum culture. There exists a kind of symbiotic interaction among teaching behaviors, the curriculum and nursery development. The culture is the core to promote teachers＇ professional growth and kindergartens＇ connotation development.
