摘要
以人为载体的心理资本驱使个体的知识劳动超越本人的自然需要界限,体现出相应的精神价值、经济价值和社会价值。推动主体创新是心理资本的重要功能之一,且在微观、中观和宏观层面得以体现。依据知识型员工的心理需要在时空、类型、质量、数量、程度等方面表现出来的多元化特征,企业应实施基于心理资本的"六个结合"的创新激励策略,即内在激励与外在激励相结合、阳性激励与阴性激励相结合、发展性激励与回报性激励相结合、团队激励与个人激励相结合、固定激励与浮动激励相结合、目标激励与工作激励相结合,以充分发挥知识型员工心理资本的创造性功能。
Psychological capital with the carrier of man drives individual' s knowledge labor beyond their boundary of natural demands, representing their values in spirit, economy and society. Enhancing subject' s innovation remains one of key roles of psychological capital, embodying itself in micro-, macro- and medium- layers. According to their mental demands, knowledge-based employees show various characteristics in time- space, type, quality, quantity and degree. Enterprises should conduct innovative and incentive strategy of "six combinations", that is, combination of internal and external encouragements, combination of positive and negative incentives, combination of developing and rewarding incentives, that of group and individual incen- tives, that of fixed and floating incentives, that of target and work incentives, so as to bring into full play the innovative role of psychological capital of knowledge staff.
