摘要 阐述了六西格玛设计的特点和流程,结合轿车蓄电池支撑系统进行了布置方案和结构方案的概念设计.经过方案验证表明,基于DFSS的设计不但能够保证产品的质量并满足客户的需求,同时还能够大大降低产品的成本,具有工程指导意义. The process and characteristics of Six - Sigma design were expatiated, and conceptual design was applied in battery support subsystem. It is shown according to the design result that DFSS can make the product meet the requirements of customers and reduce the product cost, which has engineering significance.
