摘要
椒江二桥主梁采用半封闭钢箱组合梁,并部分采用双节段施工工艺以节省工期.为了研究双节段施工工艺对椒江二桥施工误差的影响,根据椒江二桥实际施工情况归纳了可能存在的设计参数误差,并采用Midas Civil有限元程序分析这些误差对结构位移、索力及应力产生的影响.分析结果表明,梁段吊装重量误差和张拉索力误差是造成施工误差的主要因素,双节段施工工艺对椒江二桥施工误差无实质性影响.
In order to study the influence of the 2nd Jiaojiang Bridge by double - segmental assembling method on construction errors, the errors of key parameters were generalized according to the construction practical situation. By analyzing the influences of these errors on displacement, cable tension and beam stress of the bridge, conclusion was drawn that the errors of segment weight and cable tension are main factors generating construction errors. Double - segmental assembling method has no substantial impact on the construction errors of the 2nd Jiaojiang Bridge.
