基于数据采集的大体积砼温度自动监测系统研究

摘要 介绍了一种用于大体积砼温度自动监测的系统.系统由热电偶、热电偶采集模块、串行通信接口等组成.利用热电偶采集到的现场温度信号,输入到ADAM4018热电偶采集模块进行信号的调理及数据采集,经过RS-232传输到计算机进行数据的处理、转换、显示和存储.根据需要,系统可灵活地配置监测点数量,并可实时监测大体积砼内部的温度变化情况. A system to detect the mass concrete' s temperature was introduced. The system was composed of the thermocouple, ADAM4018 module and serial communication interface. By using thermocouple to collect temperature signal in order to put it into the computer for data process, conversion, display and storage through ADAM4018 modules and RS -232. As required, the system can flexibly configure the number of temperature thermocouple, and also can real -time monitor the internal temperature changes of mass concrete.
