摘要
采用AutoCAD二次开发工具AutoLISP编写了铸件凝固温度场数值模拟程序.界面具有与AutoCAD相同的风格,具有方便用户使用的菜单和对话框,集前处理、温度场求解和后处理于一体,避免了AutoCAD和其他计算软件之间的数据传递和转换,提高了工作效率.实例计算结果表明,本程序能有效地模拟铸件凝固过程中温度场的变化情况.
In this paper, the simulation program of solidification temperature field was written with AutoLISP, which is the second developing tool in AutoCAD. The interface is of typical AutoCAD style. There are menus and dialog box convenient for users. The work efficiency was improved hy putting the pre -processing, temperature field solution and post - processing parts together as well as avoiding the data transfer and conversion between AutoCAD and other kinds of calculation software. The calculation example results showed that this program can effectively simulate the temperature field in casting solidification.
