摘要
基于程控衰减器[1]广泛用于信号接收机和信号发生器,利用HMC470LP3[2]数字衰减器设计了一款程控衰减器。并列举了该设计过程中碰到的信号损耗过大、低频信号衰减精度差、阻抗不匹配、信号泄露大等问题,以及解决办法。最后通过测试结果验证了基于HMC470LP3的程控衰减器有较好通道损耗、通道频响、信号泄露指标,达到了预期的目标。
Programmable attenuator is widely employed presently. attenuator for signal receiver and signal This paper designed a pro generator grammable using HMC470LP3 digital attenuator. Meanwhile, it enumerated some problems in the process of design, such as high signal loss, low attenuation accuracy of LF signal, impedance mis match, and high lever signal leakage,etc. And then, it gave the ways and methods to solve them. Finally, the test results showed that the designed programmable attenuator had better performances in the terms of channel loss, channel FR, and signal leakage. And these assessment index met anticipated aim.
