摘要
旅行社产品的无形性特点使得旅游者产品消费在前,旅游感知在后,故而在作出消费决策之前,旅行社品牌是一个很重要的考量因素。该文针对山西省旅行社在品牌建设过程中出现的特色不鲜明、营销推广力度不够等问题,从实施科学管理、产品创新等方面,提出了山西省旅行社品牌建设的一些建议。
With the increase of trowel opportunities, tourism has become an important part of people's daily lives. The intangible nature of the travel services products makes tourists product consumption former tourism perception in making consumption decisions, therefore, travel services brand is a very important consideration. Based on Shanxi travel services" actuality ,we proposed the strategy on how to build their own brand, and summarized the process of how to carry into execution.
