Influence of B-ultrasound guided Seldinger technique of different puncture methods on PICC success rate

目的:提高B超引导下赛丁格技术PICC置管的穿刺成功率。方法:将176例选择B超引导下置管的患者随机分试验组和对照组各88例。对照组采用常规方法进针,试验组采用改进法进针,对比两组穿刺成功率。结果:观察组PICC置管成功率高于对照组。结论:改变穿刺手法,可以明显提高PICC置管成功率。

Objective：To improve Seldingnr technology B ultrasound - guided PICC catheters puncture success rate. Methods：Chose 176 cases of B -ultra- sound - guided catheter were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 88 cases in each group, control group used conventional meth- ods needle, experimental group used improvement method into the needle, compared the two sets of puncture success rate. Results： The observation group PICC success rate was higher than control group. Concluslon：Change the puncture techniques can significantly improve the success rate of PICC catheter for clinical PICC catheter nurses learn from.
