摘要
介绍了一种具有早强、高减水性能的聚羧酸系减水剂(HLC-PCE)的一步法制备方法,与常规聚羧酸系减水剂HW进行了性能对比,并探讨了养护温度为10℃和20℃条件下其对高掺量矿物掺合料混凝土(单掺30%粉煤灰或单掺50%磨细矿渣)的1 d抗压强度的影响。结果表明:HLC-PCE减水性能优异,折固掺量为0.30%时,其混凝土减水率在40%以上;早强效果明显,特别适用于高掺量矿物掺合料混凝土的早期增强。
This paper introduces a kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer named HLC-PCE with early-strength and high water reducing functions synthesized by one step method. The performance of a conventional polycarboxylate superplasticizer HW was compared with HLC-PCE,and the effect on one-day compressive strength of concrete with high volume mineral admixtures (single compound with 30% fly ash or 50% ground granulated blast furnace slag)was discussed with condition of the curing temperature of 10 ℃ and 20 ℃. The results show that the water reducing performance of HLC-PCE is excellent,the concrete water reducing rate is more than 40% when the solid volume is 0.30%,early-strength effect is obvious,and especially suitable for the early strength enhancement of high volume mineral admixture concrete.
