摘要
在普通混凝土中掺入纳米硅粉制备耐热度为500℃的防火耐热混凝土,测试了高温煅烧前后混凝土试件的尺寸、质量及耐压强度,分析研究纳米硅粉掺量对混凝土耐热性能的影响。试验结果表明,在普通混凝土中掺入纳米硅粉有助于提高混凝土的抗高温变形能力及相对耐压强度,降低混凝土的高温质量损失率,纳米硅粉的最佳掺量为3%~7%。
Heat resisting concrete of 500 ℃ heat permeation resistance is manufactured by adding nano-silica fume into ordinary concrete. Some performances such as dimension change, mass change and strength change before and after high temperature calcination are measured. Influence of nano-silica fume admixture on concrete thermal performance is analyzed. The test results show that, adding nano-silica fume in ordinary concrete is helpful to improve the concrete high temperature deformation resistance capability and the relative compressive strength, and lower the mass loss rate of concrete at high temperature. The optimal incorporation of nano-silica rune is 3%-7%.
