海洋深水钻井井口头系统下放工具研究

Research on the Running Tool for Offshore Deepwater Drilling Wellhead System

介绍了Vetco和Dril-Quip公司的几种典型水下井口头系统下放工具,即临时导向基座(TGB)下放工具、762 mm导管头下放工具以及套管挂和密封总成下放工具。对这几种下放工具的结构特点和作用过程进行分析和总结,提出了改进意见和改进方案———应采用反推的原则设计井口头系统下放工具,明确下放工具与要下放的原件之间的配合方式,确定配合方式后,对下放工具中间部件的连接方式进行设计。这对我国自主开发井口头系统下放工具具有参考价值。

Several running tools of underwater wellhead system produced by Vetco and Dril-Quip were intro- duced in this paper. They include running tool of temporary guiding base （TGB）, running tool of 762 mm conduc- tor housing and running tool of casing hanger and seal. The design features and action process of the tools were ana- lyzed and summarized. The improvement suggestion and scheme were proposed： the stepping principle should be a- dopted to design wellhead system running tool; the matching pattern of running tool and the devices to be landed should be clarified ; the connection pattern of the central part of running tool is designed after the matching pattern is determined. The present study can serve as a reference for the domestic independent development of wellhead system running tool.
