摘要
针对单螺杆泵水力旋流型井下油水分离系统,通过研究分析单螺杆泵子系统、水力旋流器子系统、井筒管路子系统、生产层子系统、注水层子系统各自的工作特性和水力学特性,建立了各子系统的数学模型,再基于整个系统的压力、流量等协调关系,建立一套通过井口生产数据、生产层资料以及注水层注水指示曲线来诊断井下机组运行工况的数学模型。用该数学模型对某油区浅1-12井进行分析计算,计算结果表明,该模型合理,能够有效地诊断井下机组的运行工况。
The present study focuses on the hydrocyclone downhole oil-water separating system (DOWS) of sin- gle screw pump. The subsystem of single screw pump, subsystem of hydrocyclone, subsystem of wellbore pipeline, subsystem of production layer and subsystem of water injection layer were studied and analyzed with regard to their operating characteristic and hydraulic property. Based on this, the mathematic models of the subsystems were estab- lished. Then, based on the coordinating relation between the pressure and flowrate of the whole system, a set of mathematic model was established. The model uses wellhead production data, production layer data and injection index curve of water injection layer to diagnose the operating condition of DOWS. The model was used to analyze and calculate the shallow 1 - 12 well of some oilfield block. The calculation shows that the model is rational and it can effectively diagnose the operating condition of DOWS.
