煤层气排采新型双通道封隔器的研制

摘要 针对常规Y221、Y341封隔器不能满足煤层气多功能负压排采管柱工艺需要的现状,研制了煤层气排采新型双通道封隔器。新型封隔器设计有气体和液体的双流通道,液体从封隔器的中心通道排出,气体从封隔器的单流通道排出。单向机构的设计保证了排煤粉作业时,动力液经过负压排污器的喷嘴产生负压,将井底的煤粉吸入负压排污器的混合室,然后经管式泵排出。室内试验中,当试验压力依次为5、10、15、20、25和30 MPa时,压力表指针稳定且油管无溢流,表明封隔器胶筒及单向阀密封状况良好,能满足现场作业要求。 Conventional Y221 and Y341 packers cannot satisfy the technological requirement of the coal bed methane (CBM) negative pressure water drainage and gas production string. Therefore, a new type of CBM drain- age and production double channel packer was developed. The packer is designed with the double flow channel for gas and liquid. Liquid is discharged from the central channel of the packer and gas from the single flow chan- nel. The design of one-way mechanism ensures the production of negative pressure by the power liquid from the neg- ative pressure waste discharging nozzle in the process of discharging pulverized coal. Bottomhole coal powder is in- haled into the mixing chamber of the vessel and then discharged by tubing pump. When the test pressures are 5 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 MPa respectively, the pressure gauge hand remains stable and there is no overflow in tub- ing. This indicates that the sealing state of packer rubber and one-way valve is desirable and the field operation re- quirement can be satisfied.
