摘要
采用荧光灯作为光质来源(红、蓝、黄、绿4种,以白光作为对照),研究了不同光质对鱼腥草幼苗生长及生理特性的影响。研究结果表明:红、绿光显著促进幼苗地上茎的生长,蓝光有抑制作用;黄、蓝光有促进幼苗地下茎生长的作用;蓝光和红光有利于叶绿素含量的增加,且最有利于叶绿素a的增加;绿光处理下叶绿素a含量虽高于对照,但叶绿素b和叶绿素总量明显低于对照;对照组净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度显著大于其它光质处理,且幼苗的光合作用与气孔导度及胞间CO2浓度表现出了显著的正相关性;SOD活性绿光处理下活性最低),蓝光下最高,与对照差异显著;POD活性依次为蓝光>红光>白光>黄光>绿光。CAT的活性在红光、蓝光和黄光处理下维持较高的水平。
By using commercially available fluorescent lamps as the light quality origin (red, blue, yellow and green, and white as the control), the effects of different light qualities on growth and physiological characteristics of Houttuynia cordata Thunb seedlings were researched. The results showed that the green light and the red light significantly promoted the growth of aerial stem, but the blue light inhibited it; the yellow light and the blue light can promote the growth of rhizome. The blue light and the red light were beneficial to the increase of the content of chlorophyll, especially to the increase of the content of chlorophyll a; in treatment of green light, the content of chlorophyll a was higher than control, but the content of chlorophyll b and the total content of chlorophyll were obviously lower than control. In the control group, the net photosynthetic rate, the stomatal conductance and the intercellular CO2 concentration were significantly higher than the other treatments, and there was a significant positive correlation between the net photosynthetic rate and the stomatal conductance or the intercei|ular C02 concentration. SOD activity was the lowest in treatment of green light and the highest in treatment of blue light, and had a significant difference with control. POD activity in each treatment ordered as blue〉 red〉white〉yellow〉green. CAT activity maintained a relatively higher level in the treatment of red light, blue light and yellow light.
