ITO/TiO_2/PTh/N719复合电极的光电化学研究

摘要 以PTh和N719敏化TiO2得到了ITO/TiO2、ITO/TiO2/PTh、ITO/TiO2/PTh/N719太阳能电池光阳极,表征了各电极的光谱特性和光电性能。DRS分析表明,TiO2/PTh的吸收限在605nm处,带隙能为2.05eV。ITO/TiO2/PTh/N719复合电极的光电转换效率为6.2%。复合敏化电极中PTh与TiO2之间形成的p-n异质结能够减少光生电子-空穴的反向复合,提高光电转换效率。
