膝关节本体感觉与交叉韧带机械感受器的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 本文综述了本体感觉与机械感受器目前研究进展。其中包括交叉韧带与本体感觉的关系和特点,目前临床检测本体感觉的常用方法;交叉韧带机械感受器的分类、功能,已经临床研究感受器常用的实验方式;另外对本体感觉与机械感受器的损伤、重建以及自身变化的规律进行了介绍。研究表明,ACL与PCL中存在机械感受器,同时感受器具有一定功能。机械感受器数量与膝关节本体感觉有一定相关性。ACL与PCL损伤后本体感觉均会受到减弱,韧带中机械感受器也会出现变化。而重建交叉韧带后,本体感觉会有所恢复,但是不能达到正常水平,同时也能发现机械感受器重建后部分再生。另外,目前关于PCL的本体感觉以及感受器的相关研究尚不多见,对于本体感觉和机械感受器的检测方法还需要进一步探索。
