老年转子间骨折内固定治疗的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 股骨转子间骨折又称为粗隆间骨折,主要发生于伴有骨质疏松症的老年患者,常见于生活伤。随着我国社会人口老龄化增加,老年人股骨粗隆间骨折越来越多见。目前对于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,若无明显手术及麻醉禁忌证,手术治疗使骨折复位并获得坚强内固定,让患者早日下床功能锻炼提高生活质量,是国内外学者在治疗该疾病时达成的认识。近年来治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的内固定方式多种多样,本文主要阐述近年来用于治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的主要内固定器械的优缺点及适应证。
