摘要
近年来由于各种原因导致秃发的人越来越多,给人们造成了严重的心理上的压力。许多传统的治疗方法如自体移植无法满足患者的要求,因此研发新的治疗方法尤为紧迫。本文首先介绍了植入性人造头发移植的背景;其次,论述了国内外人造头发的研究现状及存在组织不相容的关键问题;进而阐述了对解决生物相容性问题进行的人造头发表面改性处理的探索结果和聚吡咯的生物相容性;最后,展望了植入性人造头发的发展前景。
In recent years, a great number of people suffer from alopecia due to various reasons, which would cause severe psychological stress to patients. It is urging and important to find new treatments of bald hair for people while many conventional treatments such as autologous transplantation can not meet the requirements of patients. Firstly, this paper introduces the background of artificial hair implantation. Then it states the development of artificial hair at domestic and overseas and points out the main problem which is the biocompatibility of materials; furthermore, it discusses the surface modification of artificial hair based on biocompatibility, and researches the biocompatibility of polypyrrole. Finally, it points out the development prospects of artificial hair.
