基于条形码的“军卫一号”献血者信息管理系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Barcode-based Blood Donor Information Management System Based on No.1 Military Medical Project

目的:为了更好地适应军队献血服务的需要,将条形码技术运用到"军卫一号"工程的献血者信息管理系统中,建立数字化的献血信息管理程序。方法:在原有系统数据结构的基础上,在献血者查体信息录入的同时打印血员条形码、在血液维护和献血证发放窗口增加血员码识别模块,采血、检验、血液成分分离流程均采用血员码进行信息管理。结果:医院成功地将条形码技术运用到"军卫一号"工程的献血者信息管理系统中,建立了数字化的献血信息管理程序,实现了与检验信息管理系统和医院信息管理系统一体化工作。结论:条形码技术的应用简化和规范了采血流程,提高了工作效率和血液的安全性,实现了献血工作的全程数字化管理。

Objective To apply barcode technology to the blood donor information management system of No.1 Military Medical Project to realize digital donation information management. Methods Based on the existing data structure, the blood donor information barcode was printed as the medical examination information input, and the barcode recognition module was added in the blood maintenance ＆ donation card distribution window. The information management for blood acquisition, clinical laboratory and blood components separation was realized through the barcode.Results Barcode technology was introduced into the blood donor information management system of No.1 Military Medical Project, digital donation information management was realized, and the integration with LIS and HIS was also implemented. Conclusion The application of barcode technology simplifies and standardizes the blood collection flow, enhances the efficiency and safety, and then the whole-course digital management of blood donation can be carried out.
