多层螺旋CT肾脏增强多期扫描的应用

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(multi-slice helical CT,MSCT)肾脏增强不同图像后处理技术在诊断肾脏疾病中的价值。方法:35例患者行MSCT肾脏增强多期扫描,包括常规薄层平扫和经肘静脉高压团注后进行肾皮质期、实质期和排泄期3期扫描,然后在ADW4.4工作站行后处理重建,用于观察病变情况。结果:35例均能清晰显示肾脏解剖和形态学改变、病变细节及排泄功能,诊断为肾结石13例,肾结核7例,肾癌5例,肾脓肿8例,肾畸形2例。结论:多层螺旋CT肾脏增强多期扫描是一种简单易行、操作简便的无创性检查方法,后处理重建技术能清晰显示肾脏立体结构,较好地观察肾脏分泌和排泄功能,可替代传统静脉尿路造影检查方法。 Objective To discuss the values of several post-processing technologies of multi-slice helical CT (MSCT) kidney enhancement scanning for the diagnoses of kidney diseases. Methods Thirty-five patients underwent MSCT kidney enhancement multi-phase scanning, with such scanning involved as the conventional thin-layer plain one and then three- phase one of renal cortex, parenchyma and excretion after high-pressure bolus injection in the ulnar vein. ADW4.4 workstation was used for the post-processing reconstruction. Resulta All the anatomy, morphological changes, details and excretion of the 35 ones were displayed clearly, with 13 cases diagnosed as kidney stone, 7 cases as renal tuberculosis, 5 cases of renal carcinoma, 8 cases of renal abscess and 2 cases of kidney deformity. Conclusion MSCT kidney enhancement scanning is easy, simple and non-invasive, and post-processing reconstruction contributes to clearly displaying the stereo structure of the kidney for the observation of its secretion and excretion, and thus can take the place of the traditional intravenous urography.
