Application of Standardized Patient and Nursing Mould to Objective Structured Clinical Examinatoin

目的:了解标准化患者与护理模具相结合在客观结构化临床考核中的应用,研究客观结构化临床考核在临床实习技能中应用与评估。方法:结合国内护理教育现状,分析了各个医学院校利用现代教学方法与客观结构化临床考核相结合,使客观结构化临床考核更好地应用在临床教学和实习中,并使其更加合理化。结果:护理临床考核通过制定合理的评价指标体系,控制可变因素,提高了评价结果的客观程度。结论:客观结构化临床考核是一种客观、有序、有效的考核方法,值得进一步深入研究探讨。

Objective To apply the standardized patient combined with the nursing mould to the objective structured clinical examination and evaluate the value of the examination. Methods The status of nursing education in China was analyzed, and the objective structured clinical examination was used for clinical teaching and practice, along with modern teaching methods.Results Clinical nursing examination enhanced the reliability of the examination result, with the reasonable evaluation index system and variable factors controlled. Conclusion Objective structured clinical examination is effective, and thus is worth popularizing.
