改进牵引床辅助复位髋部骨折手术铺单法

Improvement of Sheeting of Traction-table-Aided Reposition for Hip Fracture Operation

目的:评价改进后牵引床辅助复位髋部骨折手术铺单法的效果。方法:选取大连医科大学附属第一医院80例髋部骨折患者作为研究对象,其中股骨颈骨折33例,股骨转子间骨折47例,将这80例患者随机分为2组,对照组(传统铺单法)和改进组(改进铺单法)各40例,2组患者年龄病情无统计学差异。观察统计改进组在术中调节牵引床长度和C臂转换正侧位时污染手术区域而更换无菌单次数的变化。结果:改进组与对照组相比,更换无菌单次数明显减少,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:改进后牵引床辅助复位髋部骨折手术铺单法减少了术中更换无菌单的次数,降低了手术成本,缩短了手术时间,从而进一步减少了感染机会。

Objective To evaluate the effect of sheeting of traction-table-aided reposition for hip fracture operation. Methods A total of 80 hip fracture patients were selected as the subjects, with 33 ones of femoral neck fracture, 47 ones of intertrochanteric fracture, who were divided into the experimental group and control group averagely. There were no significant differences between the ages and conditions in the two groups. The adjusted length of the traction table and the times of changing the sterile sheet were observed for the patients in the experimental group. Results The times for changing the sheet in the experimental group was significantly less than those in the control group, with P〈0.05. Conclusion The improved sheeting of traction-table-aided reposition for hip fracture operation makes the times of changing the sheet increased, the operation cost reduced and the operation time shortened, and thus the infection rate can be lowered greatly.
