藻酸盐敷料用于外阴部Paget's病术后创面的效果观察

Curative Effect of Alginate Dressing for Postoperative Wound of Perineal Paget′s Disease

目的:探讨藻酸盐敷料对会阴部Paget's病术后创面的观察。方法:将24例会阴部Paget's病术后患者分为观察组12例和对照组12例,观察组采用藻酸盐敷料治疗,对照组采用传统换药方法,比较2组患者的治愈率、治愈时间、换药次数、住院时间。结果:观察组的治愈率明显高于对照组,治愈时间、换药次数、住院时间明显少于对照组。藻酸盐敷料治疗术后愈合不良伤口效果明显优于传统干性疗法,差异有统计学意义。结论:藻酸盐敷料在外阴部Paget's病术后创面愈合中具有治愈率高,伤口愈合快及患者舒适度高等优点。

Objective To explore the effect of alginate surgical dressings for treating postoperative wound of perineal Paget＇s disease. Methods A total of 24 prineal Paget＇s disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 12 ones in the observation group and 12 ones in the control group. The observation group was treated with alginate dressing daily, and the control group was treated using traditional dressing methods 1-2 times daily, then the curative rate, curative time, frequency of dressing, and length of stay of the two groups were compared. Results The curative rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, whose average curative time, frequency of dressing, and length of stay were significantly less than those in the control group. Moist healing dressing for treatment of postoperative malunited wound was better than traditional dry therapy, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Alginate dressings in treating postoperative wound of perineal Paget＇s disease has the advantage of high curative rate, fast wound healing and high patient comfort.
