摘要 目的 :探讨PET-CT(positron emission computed tomography)检查中CT(computed tomography)扫描的合理参数。方法:随机选取180例不同体型(偏胖、中等、偏瘦)的成年患者,身高不限,男女不限,设置受检者PET-CT检查CT扫描参数。设置管电压为120 kV,管电流为90~200 mA;融合相同管电压和不同管电流条件下采集得到的CT图像与PET图像,兼顾融合图像质量和临床诊断图像的需要;比较不同管电流下受检者接受的辐射剂量,评估CT扫描的合理参数。结果:对于不同体型的成年患者,设置CT扫描参数为固定管电压120 kV,管电流110~150 mA,可满足PET-CT融合图像和临床诊断图像的需要,同时最大限度减少受检者在检查中所受的电离辐射伤害。结论:通过降低CT管电流优化PET-CT检查方案是可行和有效的。 Objective To investigate the appropriate low tube current of positron emission computed tomography. Me,davis A total of 180 patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the figures of slightly fat, moderate or slightly thin only, without regard to the height or sex. The tube tension was set as 120 kV, and the tube current from 90 to 200 mA. The obtained CT images and PET ones in different tube tensions and currents were fused, with the image quality and clinical requirements considered. The exposure dose in different tube currents were compared, and the indexes of CT scanning were evaluated. Results With the tube tension kept as 120 kV and current from 110 to 150 mA, the requirements of PET-CT fused image and clinical diagnosis could be met, and the ionizing radiation dose of the examinee could be reduced maximally. Conclusion It's practical to optimize PET-CT examination by decreasing CT tube current.
