摘要
通过对物流企业人力资本结构进行分析,指出物流企业的人力资源存在着多层次化、复杂化、难度大等特点,这些特点为物流企业的养老风险管理带来一定的难度。物流企业人本管理在对养老风险进行管理时,要结合国家的养老风险管理政策,从企业和行业发展的趋势出发,多方面结合,建立具有物流企业自身特色的养老风险管理机制。
Through analyzing the structure of the human capital of the logistics enterprises, we pointed out that the human resources of the logistics enterprises were multi-layered, complex and difficult to management, which also made the pension risk management of these enterprises a difficult task. In this paper, we argued that in its attempt to manage its pension risk, the logistics enterprise should take into consideration the national policy on pension risk management and from the perspective of the development of the enterprise and the industry, establish a pension risk management mechanism with its own characteristic.
