广西大型连锁超市物流配送模式研究

Study on Logistics Distribution Mode of Large-scale Chain Supermarkets in Guangxi

首先分析了广西大型连锁超市的物流需求特点,接着阐述了广西大型连锁超市物流配送的主要模式和典型超市的物流配送现状,针对广西大型连锁超市的物流配送现状,分析了其在配送能力建设、集中采购与配送、配送管理方式等方面的问题与不足,提出了采取各大型连锁超市联合共同配送的模式,并指出采取这一模式中需要解决的关键问题。

In this paper, we first analyzed the characteristic of the logistics demand of large-scale chain supermarkets in Guangxi, then introduced the major logistics distribution modes in practice as well as the current situation in this respect of a typical supermarket, and accordingly studied the problems in construction of distribution capacity, centralized purchasing and distribution, and method of distribution management, etc. At the end, we proposed that the large-scale chain supermarkets should adopt joint distribution to address these problems and pointed but key issues worth attention in the mode.
