中原粮食物流园区体系构建问题研究

Study on Establishment of Grain Logistics Park System in Central Plains of China

首先阐述了粮食物流园区的内涵及其主要作用;接着分析了中原粮食物流园区体系构建过程中的主要影响因素,即基础物流设施设备支撑能力不强、物流经营运作效率不高、信息平台服务能力有待提高以及环境政策不健全等;最后从建立三级联动机制、构建综合运输物流网络体系、打造现代物流信息服务平台以及建立健全物流园区供应链体系等方面提出了中原地区粮食物流园区体系构建的对策。

In this paper, we first elaborated on the connotation and main functions of the grain logistics park, then analyzed the major influence factors in the construction of the grain logistics park system in the central plains of China, which were insufficient supportive capacity of the logistics infrastructure, low operational efficiency of the logistics activities, weak service capability of the information platform and incomplete coverage of the environmental policies, etc., ,and finally proposed the corresponding countermeasures by establishing the three-echelon engagement mechanism, building the comprehensive transportation and logistics network system and modem logistics information service platform as well as building a sound logistics park supply chain system.
