国际技术移民背景下我国物流人才的培养战略

Strategy for Cultivating Chinese Logistics Talents in Environment of International Migration of Skilled Workers

介绍了发达国家的技术移民策略和人才战略,以及对我国人才培养和开发所带来的启示,以我国物流人才的培养模式为重点,从三个方面详述了物流人才培养的模式,以期完善我国物流人才国际化培养体系,提高国际化物流人才培养规模和水平。

In this paper, we introduced the immigration policy of the advanced countries with regard to skilled workers and talents and the enlightenment it gave for the cultivation and development of talents in China. Then focusing on the mode of talent training of China, we discussed the strategy for the cultivation of logistics talents in China on three aspects.
