基于规模经济和交易费用理论的新型生鲜农产品供应链体系构建

Establishment of Innovated Fresh Farm Produce Supply Chain System Based on Theories of Economy of Scale and Transaction Cost

在对我国生鲜农产品供应链现状进行分析的基础上,针对存在的主要问题,构建了交易成本低且能达到经济规模的新型生鲜农产品供应链模式。该供应链以销地配送中心为核心,采取商流与物流分离的方式,减少交易的中间环节实行产销直供,物流采取产地物流中心和销地配送中心为节点的网络结构。最后对该新型供应链构建的关键点进行了探讨。

In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the current status of fresh farm produce supply chain in China and in light of the major problems, we established an innovated supply chain mode Which could both lower transaction cost and realize economy of scale, according to which, the supply chain established was centered around the distribution center at the place of sales; it separated the flow of business from the flow of materials to eliminate intermediate links and practise direct production and supply; and the logistics system of the supply chain had a networked structure centered on the logistics cente at the place of production and the distribution center at the place of sales. At the end, we discussed the key points in the establishment of the innovated supply chain mode.
